Role: Digital Marketing Executive (Specially in Meta Ads)
Location: Guindy, Chennai, Tamil Nadu
Job Summary:
We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Executive with hands-on experience in running Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram). You will be responsible for planning, creating, optimizing, and analyzing paid ad campaigns to drive traffic, leads, and conversions across Meta platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and execute paid marketing campaigns on Meta Ads Manager (Facebook & Instagram).
Create and manage ad creatives, copy, A/B tests, and audience segments.
Monitor and optimize campaigns for performance KPIs such as CTR, CPL, ROAS, and conversions.
Conduct keyword and audience research to improve ad targeting.
Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports and insights using Meta Ads Manager and Google Analytics.
Coordinate with the design and content team for campaign assets.
Stay updated on algorithm changes, ad policy updates, and best practices on Meta platforms.
Manage ad budgets efficiently with daily and monthly spend tracking.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
1-3 years of proven experience in Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram).
Strong knowledge of Ads Manager, Pixel setup, and Events Manager.
Good understanding of performance marketing and funnel strategies.
Analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, Google Analytics, or similar tools.
Creative mindset with a focus on results and ROI.
