Key Responsibilities:
SEO & Website Optimization
Perform on-page and off-page SEO to increase organic traffic.
Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis specific to real estate searches.
Optimize company website and landing pages for higher search engine rankings.
Track and report SEO metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, or Ahrefs.
Content Development
Create engaging blog posts, emailers, ad copy, and property descriptions optimized for SEO.
Work with the design and video teams to align visual content with written content.
Plan editorial calendars focused on real estate trends, projects, and locality highlights.
Social Media Campaigns
Plan and execute paid and organic campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Google Ads.
Create ad copies, captions, and performance-driven creatives for real estate promotions.
Run retargeting campaigns and build custom audiences for project-specific engagement.
Lead Generation
Build and manage paid campaigns for
