Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Executive/ Manager to drive our digital presence and expand our brand reach. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of digital marketing channels, analytics, and content strategies to create high-impact campaigns that deliver measurable results.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing strategies across SEO, SEM, social media, email, and content marketing. Oversee and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.) to achieve target ROI. Collaborate with content creators to produce engaging content aligned with our brand voice and goals. Analyze campaign performance data using tools like Google Analytics and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement. Manage social media presence and increase engagement across platforms through innovative strategies. Conduct market research to identify trends, audience insights, and competitor strategies to enhance campaign effectiveness. Lead initiatives in website and landing page optimization for improved user experience and conversion rates. Track and report on KPIs, presenting results and improvement strategies to senior management.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Minimum 5-6 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within B2B or tech industries. Proven track record in managing successful digital marketing campaigns. Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and SEO tools. Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to marketing strategy. * Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
