Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and creative
Digital Marketing Executive/Manager
to lead and implement our hospital's online marketing strategies. The candidate will be responsible for managing the hospital's digital presence, including
website updates
, SEO/SEM, social media, online campaigns, and analytics. The ideal candidate should have experience in digital marketing, preferably in the healthcare industry, and possess strong technical and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Website Management:
Regularly update content on the hospital website (departments, doctor profiles, services, events, etc.)
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure information is current and accurate
Monitor website performance and ensure mobile responsiveness and SEO best practices
Liaise with web development agencies or internal IT team for website improvements and troubleshooting
Optimize website content for search engines to increase organic traffic
Manage paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads and other platforms
Track keyword performance and update strategies accordingly
3. Social Media Marketing:
Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.)
Plan and execute campaigns for health awareness days, hospital events, new services, etc.
Respond to queries/comments and engage with the online community
4. Email & SMS Campaigns:
Design and run email newsletters and SMS campaigns for patients and other stakeholders
Maintain mailing lists and ensure compliance with data privacy norms
5. Content Creation & Management:
Work with internal teams and doctors to generate quality content (blogs, videos, testimonials)
Collaborate with designers and content writers to ensure consistent brand messaging
6. Online Reputation Management (ORM):
Monitor and respond to reviews on platforms like Google, Practo, JustDial, etc.
Address patient feedback and escalate issues to relevant departments
7. Analytics & Reporting:
Track performance of digital campaigns and generate monthly reports
Use tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and others to assess ROI and recommend improvements
8. Coordination with Vendors and Agencies:
Work with digital marketing agencies, designers, and media vendors when required
Ensure deliverables are on time and within budget
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or related field (MBA preferred)
2-5 years of digital marketing experience, preferably in a healthcare or service industry
Proficient in tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEO tools, CMS (like WordPress), and social media platforms
Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and photo/video editing is a plus
Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
Understanding of healthcare marketing trends and patient behavior online
Work Hours: Full-time, Monday to Saturday (or as per hospital policy)
Salary: As per industry standards / negotiable based on experience
