Job Description

We are a UAE-based software company looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Executive from Kerala who can generate real leads and business inquiries, not just likes or followers.

You will work closely with our UAE-based photographer & content creator and focus on paid ads, lead funnels, and performance marketing for software products (POS, ERP, HR & Payroll).

Key Responsibilities

Plan and execute Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads Run Google Search Ads for high-intent leads Generate qualified leads for the UAE market Create and manage WhatsApp click & lead form campaigns Coordinate with UAE content creator on: What content to shoot Reels/posts needed for lead campaigns
Track and optimize:

Cost per Lead (CPL) Campaign performance Prepare weekly performance reports Improve conversions through continuous testing
Required Skills (Must Have)

Minimum 2+ years hands-on experience in digital marketing
Strong experience in:

Meta Ads Google Ads Experience in lead generation campaigns Knowledge of landing pages & WhatsApp funnels Ability to work independently and meet targets Good English communication skills Preferred (Big Plus) Experience with software / IT / SaaS / B2B marketing Experience handling UAE or GCC clients Understanding of CRM / lead tracking Performance-driven mindset (ROI focused)

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Digital marketing: 2 years (Required) Google Ads: 2 years (Preferred) * Meta Ads: 2 years (Preferred)
