Digital Marketing Executive Lead Generation

Job Description

Lead Generation Executive will be responsible for generating qualified leads through digital platforms, managing online campaigns, and supporting the sales team by ensuring a consistent flow of quality prospects. The role focuses on international lead generation through Google Ads, LinkedIn outreach, and B2B portals.

Key Responsibilities:



Lead Generation & Digital Campaigns



Plan, execute, and monitor

Google Ads campaigns

to generate qualified leads. Optimize ad performance to improve CTR, conversion rate, and cost per lead. Manage

LinkedIn outreach campaigns

targeting foreign buyers, and importers. Identify and connect with decision-makers through LinkedIn Sales Navigator or manual outreach.

B2B Portal Management



Manage and optimize company listings on

IndiaMART and other B2B portals

. Respond to inquiries promptly and ensure accurate product information. Track inquiry performance and improve lead quality from portals.

Lead Qualification & CRM



Screen and qualify inbound leads based on predefined criteria. Co-ordinate with leads for basic discussion. Share qualified leads with the sales team along with complete details. Maintain and update

CRM

with lead status, communication history, and follow-ups. Ensure data accuracy and regular CRM hygiene.

Reporting & Coordination



Prepare and submit

weekly lead generation and performance reports

. Track lead source, conversion status, and campaign ROI. Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to improve lead quality and closure rate.

Requirements



Key Skills & Competencies:



Hands-on experience with

Google Ads (Preferred)

Strong understanding of

B2B lead generation

Experience in

LinkedIn outreach and prospecting

Familiarity with

IndiaMART / B2B portals

Basic knowledge of

CRM systems

Analytical skills and reporting ability Good written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualification & Experience:



Graduate / Post Graduate in Marketing, Business, or related field 1-3 years of experience in B2B digital lead generation (manufacturing/export preferred) Exposure to industrial products, mining tools, or engineering products is an advantage
