We are seeking a skilled and results-driven Digital Marketer to join our dynamic team. The Digital Marketer will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing online marketing campaigns across multiple digital channels. This role involves planning and executing digital strategies to increase brand awareness, drive web traffic, and generate leads, contributing to the overall growth of the company.
Key Responsibilities:
Digital Strategy Development
: Plan, develop, and execute online marketing strategies that align with business goals and objectives.
SEO & SEM
: Optimize the website and content for search engines to drive organic traffic. Manage paid search campaigns (Google Ads, Bing Ads, etc.) to maximize ROI.
Social Media Marketing
: Oversee social media marketing strategies, including content creation, paid campaigns, and community engagement on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.
Content Marketing
: Develop and distribute relevant content (blogs, videos, infographics, etc.) across various digital channels to attract, engage, and convert the target audience.
Email Marketing
: Design and execute email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, promotional offers, and lead nurturing sequences.
Paid Advertising
: Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms. Track performance and adjust strategies to improve conversion rates.
Web Analytics & Reporting
: Monitor, analyze, and report on key metrics (website traffic, engagement, conversions, etc.) using tools like Google Analytics, social media insights, and other marketing software. Provide actionable insights to improve digital marketing performance.
Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)
: Implement strategies to optimize landing pages, lead funnels, and overall website user experience to improve conversion rates.
A/B Testing
: Plan and execute A/B tests for ads, emails, and website elements to continuously improve campaign effectiveness.
Collaboration
: Work closely with other teams (e.g., design, content, sales) to ensure digital marketing efforts are aligned with the overall business objectives.
Stay Updated on Trends
: Stay current with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices, and proactively incorporate new techniques to stay competitive in the market.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Digital Marketer or similar role.
In-depth knowledge of digital marketing strategies, tools, and techniques (SEO, SEM, email marketing, content marketing, social media, etc.).
Strong understanding of Google Analytics and other performance analysis tools.
Experience in running paid ad campaigns across platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
Familiarity with email marketing platforms like Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar.
Strong communication and writing skills with the ability to create engaging content.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of conversion rate optimization (CRO) best practices.
Proficient in MS Office and marketing automation tools.
