We are seeking a results-driven and highly motivated Digital Marketing Executive with proven experience in planning and executing successful online marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with SEO, PPC, social media, content marketing, email campaigns, analytics, and conversion optimization. This role requires a strong understanding of digital trends, excellent analytical skills, and a passion for building and optimizing digital presence.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, execute, and manage integrated digital marketing campaigns across SEO, SEM, social media, email, and display advertising.
Optimize website content, landing pages, and blog articles for SEO to increase organic visibility and rankings.
Plan and execute paid ad campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.) to drive traffic, leads, and conversions.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance through tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and other reporting platforms.
Manage social media strategy, content calendars, posting, and community engagement on all major platforms.
Work closely with designers, developers, and content teams to produce high-quality creatives, landing pages, and marketing collateral.
Run A/B testing and CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) strategies to improve user journey and campaign performance.
Perform competitor and market research to identify trends, benchmarks, and innovative tactics.
Track KPIs and ROI metrics for all digital initiatives and prepare periodic performance reports.
Manage and grow email marketing campaigns using tools like Mailchimp, SendGrid, or similar platforms.
Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing tools, trends, technologies, and best practices.
Preferred Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. (Master's degree or certifications like Google Ads, HubSpot, Facebook Blueprint is a plus)
1-3 years of proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in a similar industry.
Strong knowledge of SEO/SEM, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other digital tools.
Experience with content management systems (e.g., WordPress), marketing automation, and CRM tools.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills.
Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with e-commerce platforms and product marketing.
Working knowledge of HTML/CSS or design tools like Canva, Photoshop, or Figma is a plus.
Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and data-driven decision-making ability.
