Key Responsibilities:

Manage CRM workflows, updates, and lead assignments. Prepare consolidated lead and call activity reports. Assign and track leads from WhatsApp, live chat, and other platforms. Handle social media pages across multiple brands and platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn). Plan and manage paid ad campaigns and prepare daily performance reports. Update blogs/news and perform SEO activities such as backlink submissions.

Requirements:

Proven experience in digital marketing and CRM management. Strong knowledge of social media platforms and ad campaign management. Basic understanding of SEO and content updates. Ability to prepare performance reports and analyse data. Good communication and multitasking skills.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

Ernakulam District, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Experience:

Digital Marketing Executive: 2 years (Preferred)
