We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing initiatives across multiple online platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in performance marketing, content strategy, and analytics, with the ability to enhance brand visibility and generate qualified leads.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across Google, social media, and other digital channels.
Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.) to achieve ROI-driven results.
Develop and implement SEO and SEM strategies to improve website traffic and search rankings.
Create, manage, and optimize content for websites, social media, email marketing, and digital ads.
Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools and prepare regular performance reports.
Manage social media accounts, including content calendars, engagement, and lead generation.
Coordinate with design, content, and sales teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.
Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 4 years of proven experience in digital marketing.
Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Ads, social media marketing, and email marketing.
Hands-on experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, and ad dashboards.
Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines independently.
Preferred Skills
Experience in lead generation and conversion optimization.
Knowledge of content management systems and basic graphic/video tools.
Local market understanding will be an added advantage.
