Responsibilities
Social Media Management
Manage and update social media accounts on Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms
Maintain a consistent posting schedule
Respond to customer messages and comments promptly
Content Creation & Video Editing
Shoot videos inside branches (products, offers, services)
Edit videos for reels, stories, and promotional content
Create content related to medicines, skincare, wellness, and cosmetics
Digital Promotion
Promote monthly offers and discounts through social media
Support digital campaigns and paid promotions after approval
Assist with branch-level events and promotions
Brand Awareness
Maintain a consistent and professional brand image online
Promote services, loyalty programs, and new product arrivals
Customer Engagement
Handle online queries professionally
Encourage and share customer reviews and feedback
Monitor daily social media performance and engagement
Coordination & Reporting
Coordinate with the purchase team for new product promotions
Work with branch supervisors for in-store activities
Prepare weekly and monthly social media performance reports
Suggest improvements based on results and market trends
