Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and results-driven

Senior Digital Marketing Manager

to lead and execute impactful marketing campaigns for

Fly Easy Tours

and

Fly Easy Study Abroad

. This role focuses on

brand growth, lead generation, and campaign optimisation

, with hands-on responsibility for content creation, social media, and multi-platform digital marketing.

Key Responsibilities

Create engaging

digital creatives

including

posters, flyers, and reels

Plan, execute, and optimise

digital marketing campaigns

across

Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and other platforms

Develop and manage

social media content, paid campaigns, and content calendars

Drive

lead generation campaigns

on Google and Meta platforms Monitor campaign performance and optimise for

ROI, conversions, and lead quality

Manage

email marketing campaigns

Coordinate with

design and content teams

for high-quality creatives Analyse performance using

Google Analytics, Search Console, and ad platform insights

Stay updated with

latest digital marketing trends and best practices

Required Skills & Qualifications

Proven experience in

digital marketing

, preferably at a senior level Strong expertise in

Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads

Hands-on experience in

lead generation campaigns

Proficiency in

Google Analytics and Search Console

Ability to manage

multiple campaigns simultaneously

Excellent

analytical, planning, and execution skills

Strong

communication and coordination abilities

Preferred Skills

Experience in

Travel, Tourism, Study Abroad, or Service Industries

Knowledge of

CRM systems and marketing automation

Basic knowledge of

video editing and creative tools
