who will closely coordinate our external digital marketing agency. This role focuses on
campaign monitoring, execution, brand consistency, and ensuring maximum digital presence
across all platforms.
The candidate will be the in-house support system that ensures every digital activity is monitored, executed, tracked, and aligned with MOR REALTORS' brand goals.
Key Responsibilities
1. Content Posting & Brand Presence (Important)
Ensure
EVERY campaign and content piece
provided by the agency is posted across
ALL social media platforms
, including:
? Facebook? Instagram? Google My Business? Twitter / X? LinkedIn? YouTube
Maintain a consistent posting schedule across all platforms.
Ensure the brand presence is
strong, active, and continuously growing
on all digital channels.
Track whether posts are uploaded on time and follow up if anything is missed or delayed.
Keep a daily posting checklist and share updates with the Manager.
2. Coordination & Monitoring
Act as the
primary in-house support
to the external digital marketing agency.
Review and approve creatives, captions, and videos before posting.
Ensure all content is as per the brand's style, tone, quality, and campaign objectives.
3. Performance Tracking
Monitor campaign performance across platforms (Meta Ads, Google Ads, and social platforms).
Share daily/weekly performance reports.
Suggest improvements and ensure the agency optimizes campaigns effectively.
4. Content & Brand Support
Assist in developing creative briefs, campaign concepts, and new content ideas.
Ensure clear communication between internal teams and the agency.
Maintain brand identity and consistency across all digital touchpoints.
5. Internal & Cross-Team Coordination
Work closely with the team and coordinate effectively with the external digital marketing agency.
Support sales and marketing teams with digital inputs for promotions and launches.
Communicate campaign status, lead flow, and performance insights clearly.
6. Administrative Support
Maintain trackers for postings, budgets, deliverables, and approvals.
Follow up with the agency for pending items or missed uploads.
Coordinate website updates, digital brochures, and online listings.
Qualifications & Skills
1-3 years of experience in digital marketing or social media coordination.
Strong understanding of platforms like Instagram, Facebook, Google, LinkedIn, YouTube, and X.
Ability to review creatives and provide feedback.
Good communication and strong follow-up skills.
Organized, detail-oriented, and good at multitasking.
Base knowledge of analytics, SEO, and performance marketing is a plus.
