Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. This role will focus on developing and executing digital marketing strategies across various platforms to drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation. The ideal candidate will be a creative thinker with a strong understanding of digital marketing trends, tools, and analytics.

Key Responsibilities:



Strategy Development:

Create and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive online traffic, enhance brand presence, and generate leads.

Campaign Management:

Plan, execute, and monitor digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms, including Google Ads, social media (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.), email, and display ads.

Content Creation:

Collaborate with the content team to create engaging and relevant content for websites, blogs, social media posts, and digital ads.

SEO & SEM:

Optimize website content for search engines (SEO) and manage paid search campaigns (Google Ads) to improve visibility and lead generation.

Analytics & Reporting:

Analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns using tools like Google Analytics, social media insights, and other platforms. Provide regular reports and actionable insights to improve future campaigns.

Social Media Management:

Oversee social media accounts, create content calendars, and engage with the online community to increase brand loyalty and customer engagement.

A/B Testing:

Conduct A/B testing on digital marketing campaigns and landing pages to optimize conversion rates.

Stay Updated:

Keep up with the latest trends in digital marketing, tools, platforms, and best practices to ensure the company remains competitive and innovative.

Skills & Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field. Proven experience (1+ years) in digital marketing, with a focus on SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media. Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, etc.). Familiarity with email marketing software (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot) and CRM platforms. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Creative thinking with attention to detail. Experience with A/B testing, SEO, and SEM best practices.

Preferred Qualifications:



Certification in Google Ads, Google Analytics, or HubSpot is a plus. Experience in content management systems (CMS) like WordPress. Knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) for content creation is an asset
