Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Digital Marketing Executive to join our fast-paced marketing team. The ideal candidate will manage and optimize advertising campaigns across multiple platforms such as Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Snapchat Ads. You should be both analytical and creative, with a strong passion for performance marketing.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Setup & Management

Plan, create, and manage paid advertising campaigns across major ad platforms

Handle full campaign execution including audience targeting, budgeting, bidding & optimization

Track performance and execute continuous improvements to maximize ROI

Ensure campaigns align with business goals and brand guidelines

Digital Advertising Strategy

Develop and implement platform-specific advertising strategies

Conduct competitor and market research to identify growth opportunities

Coordinate with content/design teams for effective creative execution

Use data insights for testing, scaling, and optimizations

Ad Copywriting & Creative Direction

Write compelling and conversion-focused ad copy for various objectives

Work with designers to ensure strong visual-message alignment

Conduct A/B testing on creatives, headlines & CTAs

Analytics & Reporting

Track performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.

Prepare weekly/monthly reports with insights and improvement suggestions

Present performance and future strategy to stakeholders

Requirements

Education

Bachelor's degree

Experience

1-2 years managing paid campaigns (preferred)

Freshers are also welcome -- must have good digital marketing knowledge

Skills

Hands-on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads & basic LinkedIn Ads

Strong knowledge of digital funnels & audience segmentation

Good ad copywriting & analytical skills

Working knowledge of Google Analytics, Tag Manager is a plus

Creativity + ability to work in a fast-paced environment
