Key Responsibilities:
Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across platforms like Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and other ad networks.
Manage and optimize paid marketing campaigns (PPC, display ads, social media ads) to maximize ROI.
Develop strategies for SEO and SEM to increase website visibility and traffic.
Manage social media pages, schedule content, and engage with followers.
Coordinate with the design and content teams to create engaging creatives and ad copies.
Analyze campaign performance and prepare performance reports.
Track and manage marketing budgets effectively.
Stay updated with digital marketing trends and emerging technologies.
Support lead generation and conversion initiatives.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
Proven experience in digital marketing or performance marketing roles.
Proficiency in tools like Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.).
Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts and best practices.
Excellent communication, analytical, and creative skills.
Preferred Skills:
Knowledge of email marketing tools (Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.).
Experience with marketing automation and CRM systems.
Basic knowledge of graphic design or video editing tools is a plus.
