Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES :

1. Handle Social Media Platforms & Engagement:



Manage and maintain the company's presence across various social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and others. Engage actively with the audience by responding to comments, messages, and mentions to build community and brand loyalty. Monitor trends, hashtags, and competitor activity to stay current and relevant in digital conversations.

2. Analyze Ad Performance and Prepare Reports:



Monitor the performance of paid advertising campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) Use analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and others to track metrics like impressions, clicks, conversions, and ROI. Identify underperforming campaigns and adjust strategy for better outcomes.

3. Coordinate with the Marketing & Sales Team:



Work closely with the marketing team to align digital efforts with broader campaign goals and timelines. Collaborate with the sales team to understand lead quality, customer persons, and conversion challenges. Share performance insights and lead data with relevant departments to improve cross-functional strategies.

4. Create and Manage Digital Content:



Plan, write, and design engaging digital content including social media posts, blogs. Collaborate with graphic designers, content writers, and video editors to create high-quality multimedia content. Ensure all content is consistent in terms of style, quality, and tone of voice and optimized for SEO and user engagement.

5. Implement SEO Strategies for Better Reach:



Conduct keyword research to identify opportunities for organic traffic growth. Optimize website pages, blog posts, and landing pages for search engines (onpage SEO). Coordinate with web developers to improve site structure, speed, and mobile responsiveness (technical SEO).

REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field. 1-2 Years of experience in the same role. Good communication skill in English (Required) Communication skill in Hindi will be a plus. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Creative mindset with a strong attention to detail.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
