About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and creative Digital Marketing Executive with 1-2 years of experience in managing digital marketing campaigns and social media platforms. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in executing marketing strategies that drive engagement, generate leads, and enhance brand presence online.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and maintain the company's presence on various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, etc.). Plan, create, and publish engaging content to drive traffic, engagement, and brand awareness. Execute digital marketing campaigns across channels including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and paid ads. Coordinate with design, content, and sales teams to ensure brand consistency across all online platforms. Research and analyze market trends, competitors, and audience preferences to optimize campaigns. Assist in planning and executing online promotional events, webinars, and campaigns. Stay updated with the latest digital marketing and social media trends, tools, and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Mass communication, IT or related field. 1-2 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing and social media management. Basic knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media advertising. Proficiency in using social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Meta Business Suite). Strong written and verbal communication skills. Creative mindset with attention to detail. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

Experience in Canva, Photoshop, or other design tools for basic creatives. Knowledge of content marketing and blogging. Familiarity with video editing and reels creation.
