Job Overview:

We are looking for a motivated Digital Marketing Executive with 1-2 years of experience to support our team in creating, managing, and optimizing digital campaigns. The ideal candidate is creative, analytical, and passionate about delivering measurable results for diverse clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, implement, and monitor social media campaigns across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.). Assist in managing paid advertising campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, etc.) and monitor performance. Create engaging content (copy, graphics, short videos) aligned with client brand strategies. Conduct market research, audience analysis, and competitor analysis to inform campaigns. Track, analyze, and report on digital marketing KPIs and campaign performance. Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and other team members to deliver campaigns on time. Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.

Requirements:

1-2 years of experience in digital marketing or a similar role. Proficiency in social media management and paid advertising platforms. Basic knowledge of SEO, email marketing, and content marketing. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Creative mindset with an eye for design and storytelling. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Analytical skills to measure and improve campaign performance.
