. You'll be responsible for executing strategies that drive measurable results across paid campaigns and organic search, working closely with our content, design, and product teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Performance Marketing:
Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across
Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram, LinkedIn
, and other platforms.
Monitor key KPIs such as
CPC, CPA, ROAS
, and conversion rates.
Run A/B tests on creatives, ad copies, and landing pages.
Track budgets and ensure cost-effective campaign performance.
Search Engine Optimization (SEO):
Conduct
keyword research
,
on-page optimization
, and
technical SEO audits
.
Optimize website content, meta tags, and internal linking structures.
Monitor search rankings and organic traffic performance using tools like
Google Search Console
,
SEMrush
, or
Ahrefs
.
Collaborate with content teams to ensure SEO best practices are followed.
Requirements:
1+ years of experience in
Digital Marketing
, with proven expertise in
performance marketing
and
SEO
.
Experience managing campaigns on platforms like
Google Ads

Meta Ads
, etc.
Working knowledge of SEO tools and analytics platforms (Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.).
Strong analytical skills and ability to derive insights from data.
Basic knowledge of
HTML

Google Tag Manager
, and
WordPress
is a plus.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
Nice to Have:
