Job Description

A Digital Marketing Executive is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing online marketing campaigns. Tasks may include creating content, managing social media channels, optimizing websites, analyzing data, and staying updated on digital marketing trends to enhance the organization's online presence and engagement. Strong communication skills and a good understanding of various digital marketing tools are often key requirements for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Development

: Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels such as social media, email, and search engines.

. Content Creation

: Generate engaging and relevant content for online platforms, including website, blog, and social media, to attract and retain the target audience.

Social Media Management

: Maintain and enhance the organization's social media presence, creating and curating content, and interacting with the audience to build brand awareness.

SEO and SEM

: Implement strategies for Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Search Engine Marketing (SEM) to improve the visibility of the organization's website in search engine results.

Analytics and Reporting

: Monitor and analyse digital marketing performance using tools like Google Analytics. Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis.

6.

Email Marketing

: Develop and manage email marketing campaigns, including designing templates, segmenting lists, and analyzing campaign results.

Online Advertising

: Plan and execute online advertising campaigns, utilizing platforms like Google Ads or social media ads to reach target audiences.

Market Research

: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to adjust strategies accordingly.

. Collaboration

: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales and design, to align digital marketing efforts with overall business goals.

Budget Management

: Manage and allocate the digital marketing budget effectively, ensuring cost-effectiveness and maximum ROI.

Basic Qualifications:



Education:

Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent (Plus Two/12th grade).

Communication Skills:

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Empathy:

Ability to understand and empathize with the challenges students face.

Organizational Skills:

Effective organization and time management skills.

Computer Skills:

Basic proficiency in using computer applications for record-keeping and communication.

Preferred Qualifications:



Bachelor's Degree:

In marketing, digital marketing, communications, or a related field is often preferred.

Experience:

2+Years experience in digital marketing roles, with a focus on planning and executing successful online campaigns

.



Certifications:

Relevant certifications in digital marketing, such as Google Analytics or Google Ads certifications, can be an added advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?12,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

Day shift Weekend availability
