The

Digital Marketing Executive

will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns to enhance brand awareness, foster engagement, and drive conversions. This role combines creativity and analytics, requiring expertise in digital marketing strategies and tools. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing social media, SEO, email marketing, and paid advertising campaigns, while collaborating to achieve organizational marketing objectives.

Key Responsibilities



1. Digital Campaign Management



Plan, execute, and monitor digital marketing campaigns across channels, including social media, search engines, email, and display ads.

Set clear campaign objectives, budgets, and KPIs, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.

2. Social Media Management



Grow the organization's presence on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube.

Develop and schedule engaging content, such as posts, stories, and videos, to boost brand awareness and user engagement.

Track social media metrics and optimize strategies based on performance analysis.

3. Search Engine Optimization (SEO)



Conduct keyword research and optimize website content to improve organic search performance.

Monitor web traffic and site metrics using tools like Google Analytics and Search Console.

Implement on-page and off-page SEO techniques to enhance organic growth.

4. Pay-Per-Click (PPC) Advertising



Manage PPC campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.

Optimize campaigns through A/B testing to improve ROI and ad effectiveness.

Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights for improvement.

5. Email Marketing



Design and execute targeted email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and engage audiences.

Segment email lists and personalize content to enhance open and click-through rates.

Assess campaign performance and recommend improvements.

6. Content Creation



Collaborate with content creators to develop compelling materials for digital platforms.

Ensure all content reflects the brand voice and aligns with marketing goals.

7. Analytics and Reporting



Track campaign performance using analytics tools like Google Analytics and HubSpot.

Create comprehensive reports with key insights and actionable recommendations.

Use data-driven strategies to optimize future campaigns.

8. Stay Updated on Trends



Stay informed about the latest developments, tools, and best practices in digital marketing.

Suggest innovative strategies to keep the brand competitive and relevant.

Qualifications



Proficiency in tools like Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and SEO software.

Solid understanding of social media platforms and best practices.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Creativity and problem-solving aptitude.

Basic graphic design skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) are a bonus.
