We are looking for a creative and performance-driven
Digital Marketing Executive
with strong hands-on experience in
graphic designing, video editing, social media content creation
, and
paid campaign management
. The ideal candidate should be capable of independently creating visual content, running campaigns on Meta and Google platforms, and measuring performance to drive continuous improvement.
Key ResponsibilitiesGraphic Designing & Creative Production
Design high-quality
posters, creatives, banners, ads, and social media content
using tools like
CorelDraw, Canva, Adobe Photoshop
, and related tools.
Ensure brand consistency across all creatives and marketing materials.
Adapt designs for different platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Google Ads, and websites.
Video Editing & Reels Creation
Create engaging
short-form videos, reels, promos, and social media videos
using
Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve
, or similar tools.
Edit videos with proper cuts, transitions, text overlays, music, and basic color correction.
Optimize videos according to platform requirements (Reels, Shorts, Ads).
Social Media & Content Execution
Plan, create, and publish content across social media platforms.
Collaborate on content calendars and campaign ideas.
Understand trends and formats that perform well on social platforms.
Paid Campaign Management
Create, manage, and optimize
Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads
and
Google Ads
campaigns.
Set up campaigns including audience targeting, creatives, budgets, and objectives.
A/B test creatives and copy to improve performance.
Performance Tracking & Measurement
Monitor campaign performance using
Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and Google Analytics
.
Track KPIs such as impressions, CTR, CPC, conversions, ROAS, and engagement.
Prepare basic performance reports and insights with improvement recommendations.
Required SkillsMandatory
Hands-on experience with
CorelDraw, Canva, Adobe Photoshop
Hands-on experience with
Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve
, or similar video tools
Practical experience in
Meta Ads and Google Ads campaign creation & optimization
Strong understanding of
creative performance and audience engagement
Ability to measure and analyze campaign results

Knowledge of basic copywriting for ads and social posts
Familiarity with branding and visual storytelling
Understanding of SEO basics and landing page optimization
Experience working with small businesses, studios, or service brands
