Education: Graduation / Masters in Digital Marketing

We are looking for an experienced and creative Brand Manager to develop and execute strong brand strategies that increase awareness, drive engagement, and deliver business growth. You will be responsible for overseeing marketing initiatives that align with the brand's vision and ensuring consistent brand messaging across all channels.

Key Responsibilities :

? Brand Strategy & Positioning: ₹ Develop and implement brand strategies aligned with company goals. ? Define brand positioning, messaging, and tone of voice. ? Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify opportunities.

? Marketing Campaigns: ₹ Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, print, TV, events, etc.). ? Collaborate with creative, digital, and media teams to produce compelling content. ? Monitor performance metrics and optimize campaigns based on insights.

? Product Launches: ₹ Lead brand initiatives for new product development and launches. ? Coordinate cross-functional teams (sales, product, operations) to ensure launch success.

? Brand Governance: ₹ Ensure consistency in brand communication and visual identity across all touchpoints. Maintain brand guidelines and train internal teams and partners as needed.

? Consumer Insights: ₹ Conduct and analyze market research and customer feedback. ? Translate insights into actionable strategies to improve brand perception and loyalty.

? Budget Management: ₹ Manage brand budgets and ensure cost-effective use of resources. ? Track ROI of brand campaigns and initiatives.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹38,000.00 per month
