Role Overview
We are looking for a

Digital Marketing Executive

who can

plan, execute, and manage digital campaigns

while also handling

day-to-day social media posting and account management

.

This role requires

strong execution discipline, content coordination, platform knowledge, and consistency

Key ResponsibilitiesSocial Media Posting & Management

Plan and schedule

daily/weekly social media posts

across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn & YouTube Manage

brand pages

, captions, hashtags, creatives, and posting calendars Coordinate with

design & video teams

to ensure timely content delivery Monitor comments, DMs, and basic community engagement Ensure

brand tone, visual consistency & posting discipline

Digital Marketing & Campaign Execution

Assist in executing

Meta, Google & YouTube ad campaigns

Support campaign setup, optimization, and performance tracking Prepare

basic reports

on reach, engagement, leads & conversions Work on

content performance analysis

and improvement ideas
Strategy Support & Coordination

Assist seniors in

campaign planning & content strategy

Track trends, reels formats, hashtags & competitor activity Maintain

content calendars, approvals & client coordination

Required Skills & Qualifications

1-3 years of experience in

Digital Marketing / Social Media Management

Hands-on knowledge of

Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn & YouTube

Basic understanding of

Meta Ads & Google Ads

Good caption writing skills (English + regional language is a plus) Familiarity with tools like

Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, scheduling tools

Strong time management & coordination skills
Good to Have

Experience in an

ad agency or marketing agency

Knowledge of

reels strategy & short-form content

Basic SEO & website analytics understanding
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹55,249.00 - ₹88,748.14 per month
