entire customer lifecycle

initial inquiry and booking
through
post-sales engagement and final handover
. This role demands strong expertise in
real estate CRM processes

This position plays a
critical role in driving customer satisfaction, strengthening trust, ensuring regulatory compliance
, and enabling long-term relationships through structured communication, data management, and service excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end
customer journey
across plotted development projects
Coordinate with
sales, legal, finance, and project teams
to ensure smooth customer communication
Maintain and optimize
CRM systems
, ensuring accurate customer data and timely follow-ups
Handle
booking documentation, payment tracking, milestone updates, and handover coordination
Address customer queries, escalations, and grievances professionally and efficiently
Ensure compliance with RERA guidelines, documentation standards, and internal processes
Design and execute customer engagement campaigns
(email, WhatsApp, SMS, updates)
Generate reports on customer satisfaction, pending actions, and lifecycle metrics
Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across
Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn
, and other platforms
Manage
SEO, SEM, display advertising, and social media marketing
initiatives
Analyze campaign performance using tools like
Google Analytics, Search Console, and ad dashboards
Optimize campaigns to improve ROI, CTR, CPC, and conversions
Create and manage content calendars for social media platforms
Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies for creatives and campaigns
Track trends, competitors, and emerging digital marketing tools
Required Skills & Qualifications
4-6 years of proven experience in
Digital Marketing
Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, SEM, and Social Media Marketing
Hands-on experience with analytics and reporting tools
Good understanding of lead generation and performance marketing
Excellent communication and analytical skills
Bachelor's/ Master's degree in Marketing, Business, MBA or a related field (preferred)
