Own end-to-end digital performance: website management, paid campaigns, and creative execution. This role is for someone who can build, launch, optimise, and report without hand-holding. If they can't show proof of results, they don't fit.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and update WordPress websites (Divi or similar builders); ensure speed, UX, on-page SEO, and landing page creation.
Plan, launch, and optimise campaigns on LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max).
Create high-quality creatives using Canva--ad banners, social assets, landing page visuals, and marketing collateral.
Track and analyse campaign performance using GA4, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and Google Ads dashboards.
Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and funnel optimisation.
Maintain and improve lead quality, CPL, and conversion rates.
Collaborate with sales/lead management teams to ensure accurate campaign-to-revenue tracking.
Manage basic automation workflows and UTM tracking.
Stay updated on ad policy changes and best practices.
Required Skills & Experience
Proven experience in managing WordPress websites and building landing pages.
1-3 years experience running paid ads on LinkedIn + Google with measurable results.
Strong command of Canva (premium-level quality expected).
Ability to write ad copies, headlines, and CTAs with clarity.
Clear understanding of GA4, pixels, events, conversions, and attribution.
Data-driven mindset--comfortable with reading dashboards and making decisions.
Ability to work independently with strict deadlines.

Basic SEO understanding
Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, or similar)
Understanding of B2B funnels and high-value lead gen
