Roles & Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and optimize
digital marketing campaigns
across
Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads, YouTube Ads, and LinkedIn Ads
.
Conduct
keyword research, competitor analysis, audience segmentation, and A/B testing
to improve campaign effectiveness.
Create engaging
ad copies, creatives, landing pages, and funnels
to maximize conversions.
Track and analyze key performance metrics (
CTR, CPC, CPA, CPL, ROI, ROAS
).
Coordinate closely with the
content, design, and sales teams
to align campaign goals with business objectives.
Utilize
Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Google Tag Manager, and marketing automation tools
.
Required Skills
Experience in
PPC, SEM, SMM, Paid Media, Performance Marketing, and Lead Generation
Strong knowledge of
Google Ads Manager, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and Google Analytics
Good communication skills with ability to create
conversion-focused ad content
Basic understanding of
SEO, Email Marketing, CRM, and Marketing Automation
Eligibility Criteria
Minimum 2 years of work experience in digital marketing.
Available for a full-time, in-office role.
Based in or willing to relocate to Kammanahalli, Bengaluru.
