We are seeking a skilled Digital Marketing Executive with around 2 years of experience, primarily focused on social media marketing. The ideal candidate should be adept at creating and managing social media campaigns and proficient in incorporating AI tools into their workflow to boost engagement and campaign effectiveness. Familiarity with Google Ads and other digital marketing channels is also desirable to support broader marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities



Plan, execute, and optimize social media marketing campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and emerging channels. Develop engaging content calendars and create visually appealing posts aligned with brand guidelines. Manage and optimize Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram Ads), and other paid digital campaigns. Monitor and analyze social media and paid campaign performance using data-driven insights. Develop and implement effective SEO strategies, including keyword research, content optimization, and link-building. Track and report on website and campaign analytics using tools like Google Analytics to measure traffic, engagement, conversion rates, and ROI. Identify and rectify SEO issues, update content, and optimize user experience across devices. Use AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Canva AI, Jasper) for content creation, audience targeting, ad copy generation, and performance tracking. Collaborate with design, content, and sales teams to maintain consistent messaging and optimize campaigns. Stay updated on social media trends, SEO algorithm changes, paid advertising best practices, and new AI marketing technologies.

Requirements



Bachelor's degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Approximately 2 years of experience in social media marketing, paid digital campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads), and SEO analytics. Proficient in social media management tools, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, SEO tools, and Google Analytics. Strong skills in content creation, campaign optimization, engagement strategies, SEO best practices, and data analysis. Experience leveraging AI tools for marketing automation, content generation, and campaign enhancement. Excellent communication, creativity, analytical, and project management skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
