Job Overview:



We are seeking a creative, data-driven, and proactive Digital Marketing Executive to strengthen our brand presence and drive lead generation across digital channels. The ideal candidate is passionate about sustainability and innovation, understands modern marketing strategies, and can translate brand values into impactful digital narratives.

Key Responsibilities



Digital Strategy & Campaign Management



Plan, execute, and manage multi-channel digital marketing campaigns across platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and Google Ads. Develop performance-driven paid marketing strategies (SEO, SEM, Meta Ads, Google Ads) to improve website traffic, visibility, and conversion rates. Collaborate with internal teams to align digital strategies with brand objectives and sustainability messaging.

Content & Creative Development



Conceptualize, create, and manage engaging content including posts, videos, blogs, infographics, and emailers. Ensure brand consistency across all digital communication and visual elements. Coordinate website updates, landing pages, and blog uploads in line with ongoing campaigns.

Social Media & Community Engagement



Manage and grow social media channels through targeted content, audience engagement, and periodic campaign execution. Monitor trends, audience behavior, competitor activities, and sustainability-related communication to inform content strategy.

Analytics & Reporting



Track and analyze performance metrics using Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and other analytics tools. Generate weekly and monthly performance dashboards with insights, actionable recommendations, and data-backed improvements. Optimize campaigns continuously based on analytics and market trends.

Sales Support & Lead Generation



Work closely with the sales and business development teams to create digital collateral, case studies, brochures, and presentations. Support online lead generation efforts through targeted campaigns, landing pages, and CRM nurturing workflows.

Required Skills & Qualifications



Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field. 2-4 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, preferably in sustainability, clean-tech, environment-focused or B2B industries. Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and social media marketing strategies. Proficiency in Canva, Google Analytics, Mailchimp (or similar email tools), and basic CMS/website editing tools. Strong communication skills with the ability to craft compelling brand messaging and visuals. Creative mindset with attention to detail, design aesthetics, and storytelling. Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and work both independently and collaboratively.
