The Digital Marketing Executive is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing online marketing strategies to promote the company's products or services, increase brand awareness, and drive qualified traffic and leads through digital channels. The role involves managing digital campaigns, content creation, SEO, SEM, social media, and analyzing performance metrics.
Key Responsibilities:
Digital Strategy & Execution
Develop and implement digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.Plan and manage campaigns across channels like Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, and email.
Social Media Marketing
Create and manage engaging content for all social media platforms.
Track engagement metrics, growth, and conversions.
Coordinate influencer collaborations and online partnerships.
Content Marketing
Collaborate with designers and content writers to create blogs, graphics, videos, and newsletters.
Ensure brand consistency across all platforms.
Email Marketing
Create targeted email campaigns and newsletters.
Manage mailing lists, segmentation, and performance analytics.
Analytics & Reporting
Track and report on KPIs like traffic, engagement, conversions, and ROI.
Use tools like Google Analytics, Meta Insights, and other digital dashboards.
Website Management
Oversee updates and improvements to the company website.
Ensure optimal user experience and conversion rate optimization.
New Initiatives
Explore emerging digital tools, AI-based marketing trends, and automation for efficiency.
Job Specification
Educational Qualification:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, or related field.
Certification in Digital Marketing preferred.
Experience:
1-3 years of experience in digital marketing or a related role.
Experience with ad platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager).
