Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive and analytical Digital Marketing Executive to support our performance marketing initiatives while ensuring strong SEO practices. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in campaign creation and management on Meta and Google Ads, have an understanding of SEO strategies, and possess a strong analytical mindset to monitor, report, and optimize performance across channels.
Key Responsibilities Campaign Management
Set up and manage paid campaigns on Meta Ads and Google Ads.
Execute A/B testing across creatives, audiences, and bidding strategies.
Performance Analysis
Analyze ad performance to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
Monitor key metrics like ROAS, CTR, CPA, and conversion rates.
Reporting & Insights
Generate daily and weekly performance reports.
Provide actionable insights based on data from Google Analytics, Shopify, and ad platforms.
Tools & Platforms
Utilize Google Analytics, Shopify, Meta Business Suite, Google Ads Manager, and Excel Sheets for analysis and reporting.
Optimization
Identify new trends and insights to improve campaign performance.
Propose innovative strategies for scaling ad campaigns and achieving KPIs.
SEO (Search Engine Optimization)
Keyword Research & Strategy
: Conduct keyword research to identify high-impact search terms and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies.
On-Page SEO
: Optimize website content, meta tags, headings, and images to improve rankings and user engagement.
Content Collaboration
: Work with content and design teams to produce SEO-friendly articles, blogs, and landing pages.
Technical SEO
: Conduct regular audits and fix technical issues like page speed, mobile optimization, and crawl errors.
SEO Reporting
: Track performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics and Google Search Console, providing insights for optimization.
Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience in digital marketing or performance marketing.
Proficient in Meta Ads, Google Ads, Google Analytics, Shopify, and Excel.
Understanding of SEO best practices, including on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
Experience with SEO tools such as Google Search Console and SEMrush o Strong analytical skills and experience in creating reports using Excel Sheets.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently and bring fresh perspectives to ongoing campaigns.
