Job Summary

We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Executive with strong expertise in website management, SEO, SEM, and campaign analysis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for enhancing our digital presence, analyzing marketing performance, and driving qualified traffic and leads through optimized online campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and maintain the company website (WordPress/other CMS) for content, SEO, UX, and performance.

Plan and execute SEO strategies (on-page, off-page, technical) to improve search engine rankings.

Run and optimize SEM campaigns (Google Ads, Bing Ads), ensuring strong ROI.

Track and analyze key performance metrics across campaigns and digital platforms (using GA4, Search Console, etc.).

Collaborate with content, design, and development teams to ensure cohesive digital marketing efforts.

Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and website audits.

Generate regular performance reports and suggest data-driven improvements.

Stay updated on industry trends, algorithm updates, and new tools.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field.

2+ years of hands-on experience in SEO, SEM, and website management.

Proficiency with tools like Google Analytics (GA4), Search Console, Tag Manager, Ahrefs/SEMrush, and Google Ads.

Working knowledge of HTML/CSS and CMS platforms (especially WordPress).

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills

Experience in lead generation campaigns.

Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM integration.

Basic understanding of UI/UX and conversion rate optimization.
