Core responsibilities

Add running on social media/insta/Facebook/websites etc

Strategy and campaign management

: Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across various platforms like social media, search engines (SEO/SEM), and email. Oversee online advertising campaigns, including budget management and performance tracking.

Content creation

: Create and curate compelling content, such as product photos, videos, and written copy, tailored for online channels and the luxury nature of jewelry. Manage and update the showroom's website content to ensure it is fresh, engaging, and optimized for search engines.

Analytics and reporting

: Monitor and analyze website traffic and campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics. Prepare regular reports to management on campaign effectiveness, ROI, and key performance indicators (KPIs). Use data to identify trends, optimize campaigns, and improve user experience.

Collaboration and coordination

: Work with other departments, such as sales, design, and merchandising, to align marketing efforts with business objectives and new product launches. Maintain relationships with external partners, like influencers, agencies, and vendors.

Market and trend analysis

: Stay up-to-date on the latest digital marketing trends, technologies, and competitor activities. Conduct market research to understand customer behavior and preferences.
