Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Management:
Handle daily posts on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn.
Create engaging content including images, videos, and captions.
Respond to messages, comments, and inquiries.
Lead Generation:
Run targeted campaigns on Facebook & Google Ads.
Monitor ad performance and generate leads for logistics and transport services.
Content Creation & Design:
Design promotional posters, banners, and infographics using Canva or similar tools.
Write short marketing content for posts, blogs, and flyers.
Website Management:
Update website content and ensure service pages are up to date.
Improve visibility with basic SEO techniques (on-page/off-page).
Email & WhatsApp Marketing:
Send service updates, offers, and bulk communications to customers.
Maintain contact databases.
Campaign Performance Tracking:
Use tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc.
Prepare simple weekly/monthly reports for review.
Brand Visibility:
Ensure consistency of brand messaging across all platforms.
Identify opportunities for online partnerships and local listing promotions.
Market Research:
Track digital trends in the logistics/transport sector.
Monitor competitor activity on social media and websites.
