We're looking for a

Digital Marketing Executive

with a focus on

influencer campaigns

to join our team at Flo Mattress. You'll manage influencer collaborations, track performance, and help grow one of India's leading D2C brands.

Fluency in either Kannada or Telugu is mandatory.

Sakinaka, Andheri East, Mumbai (On-site, Mon-Sat)

Key Responsibilities

Research and shortlist influencers aligned with brand goals. Reach out, pitch collaborations, and negotiate deliverables and pricing. Plan, execute, and monitor influencer campaigns across platforms. Coordinate briefs, timelines, content guidelines, and content delivery. Maintain relationships with influencers and creator agencies. Build and maintain an influencer database. Track and report campaign performance (reach, engagement, impressions, ROI). Collaborate with content/design teams for brand-aligned campaigns. Re-purpose influencer content for ads, emailers, and website.
Requirements (Must-Haves)

0-2 years of experience in

influencer/social media marketing

. Fluency in

either Kannada or Telugu

(mandatory). Good

communication & negotiation skills

. Basic

Excel skills

for reporting & tracking.
