About the Company
Sparkle Machinery is a leading manufacturer and exporter of advanced laser marking, welding, cutting, and cleaning machines for industrial applications across sectors like automotive, jewellery, electronics, and engineering. We're looking for a creative and organized Digital Marketing Executive to strengthen our online presence and coordinate with our external marketing partners.
Role Overview
The Digital Marketing Executive will manage daily online marketing activities, coordinate with the digital agency, and ensure consistent brand messaging across all platforms. The ideal candidate should have experience in industrial or machinery marketing, understand B2B lead generation, and possess hands-on digital marketing skills.
Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with external digital marketing agency for campaign planning, execution, and performance tracking.
  • Manage and update company website (content, product updates, SEO optimizations).
  • Oversee social media presence (LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, Instagram) -- content scheduling, performance insights, and engagement.
  • Assist in Google Ads, SEO, and email marketing campaigns targeting industrial buyers and distributors.
  • Collaborate with internal sales & product teams to align digital content with business goals.
  • Create basic marketing materials -- posts, short videos, or brochures (with agency support).
  • Track and analyze campaign performance (leads, website traffic, conversions) and prepare monthly reports.
  • Manage online inquiries, chat leads, and CRM updates.
  • Support in digital branding initiatives -- exhibitions, webinars, and online product launches.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing (preferably in industrial, B2B, or machinery sector).
  • Understanding of SEO, Google Ads, Analytics, and social media marketing tools.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills for working with an external agency.
  • Basic knowledge of Canva / Photoshop / video editing tools preferred.
  • Tech-savvy, creative, and result-oriented mindset.
