Key Responsibilities:

Manage and operate

Facebook and Instagram business pages

, including regular posting, engagement, and basic performance monitoring. Plan and execute

paid advertising campaigns

on Meta platforms (Facebook & Instagram) with a basic understanding of ad setup and optimization. Implement

area/location-based targeting

to reach relevant audiences effectively. Create and manage

Lead Generation Ads

and

WhatsApp Ads

to drive customer enquiries. Set up and manage

WhatsApp Business

, including: Auto-replies Product catalogs Broadcast lists Handle

customer enquiries

professionally through WhatsApp and social media platforms. Create, verify, and optimize

Google Business Profile (GBP)

listings. Possess a

basic understanding of Google Maps ranking

and local SEO concepts. Focus on increasing

leads and customer enquiries

through digital marketing activities. Track basic performance metrics and suggest improvements to enhance results.

Preferred Skills:

Basic knowledge of digital advertising and lead generation Strong communication and customer handling skills Ability to work with business-focused digital tools and platforms
