Role Overview

We are looking for a

performance-driven Digital Marketing Executive (Paid Ads/SEO)

who has hands-on experience managing paid campaigns across platforms and understands both

agency execution

and

product/e-commerce growth

. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-paced agency environment and driving measurable results for multiple brands.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and optimize

paid advertising campaigns

on

Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)

Manage performance campaigns for

e-commerce brands and marketplace platforms

Conduct keyword research and support

SEO initiatives

to improve organic visibility Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and optimize for ROI, CPA, and conversions Work closely with internal teams (design, content, accounts) to align creatives and messaging Handle multiple client accounts and deliver performance reports with insights Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and platform updates in digital marketing

Required Skills & Experience

1-3 years of hands-on experience in

Digital Marketing / Performance Marketing

Strong working knowledge of

Google Ads and Meta Ads

SEO experience

(on-page basics, keyword research, performance tracking) Experience working with

e-commerce brands or marketplaces

(Amazon, Flipkart, D2C, Shopify, etc.) Prior experience in

both an agency environment and a product/e-commerce setup

Ability to analyze data and make performance-driven decisions Good communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative team

Comfortable working in a

startup or agency-style fast-paced environment

Curious, proactive, and eager to learn new tools and platforms Strong problem-solving mindset Ability to manage deadlines and multiple campaigns simultaneously
