Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Management:
Plan, schedule, and manage daily posts and engagement across platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram):
Set up, manage, and optimize paid ad campaigns focused on reach, engagement, traffic, and conversions.
YouTube Ads & Promotion:
Run YouTube ad campaigns and assist with YouTube SEO and channel growth strategies.
LinkedIn Marketing:
Create content, build connections, engage with prospects, and support lead generation efforts.
Content Planning:
Collaborate with the creative team to build content calendars, reels, carousels, and campaign strategies.
Performance Analysis & Reporting:
Monitor and report on key campaign metrics with insights and suggestions for improvement.
Qualifications:
? 1-2 years of proven experience in digital marketing or social media roles.
? Proficiency in Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn content strategy, and YouTube Ads Manager.
? Understanding of content formats, audience behavior, and campaign objectives.
? Basic graphic design skills (e.g., Canva) and copywriting ability for captions & ad texts.
? Strong communication, time management, and analytical skills.
? Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field (preferred).
