Are you a results-driven digital marketer passionate about e-commerce and Meta platforms? Join our dynamic marketing team as a Senior Performance & Retention Marketing Associate, where you'll lead paid media campaigns and drive customer growth and retention across Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram).

What You'll Do:

Lead & optimise paid media campaigns on Meta (Facebook, Instagram). Analyse performance (CTR, CPA, ROAS) and adjust strategies to boost ROI. Implement audience targeting, retargeting, and custom segmentation for D2C brands. Collaborate with design team for creatives on ad copy, visuals & landing pages. Run A/B tests for continuous optimisation. Manage campaign budgets effectively. Align digital efforts with e-commerce funnels and retention strategies. Provide insights through weekly/monthly performance reporting. Stay up-to-date with Meta trends & e-commerce innovations. Partner with content, analytics & design teams for seamless execution. Drive revenue growth through data-backed strategies.

What We're Looking For:

A min 1 year in digital marketing with hands-on Meta Ads experience. Strong background in D2C & e-commerce strategy. Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, Business Suite, Shopify, and analytics tools. Deep understanding of customer journey, funnel optimisation & performance metrics. Excellent communication & project management skills. A creative, analytical thinker who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Bonus if you have:

Meta Blueprint certification. Experience with Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads. Familiarity with e-commerce platforms like Shopify.
