Job Summary:

We are looking for a

results-driven Digital Marketing Executive

to plan, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across

Meta platforms

and

Google Ads

. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in

performance marketing

,

audience targeting

, and generating

real estate leads

through paid media strategies. You will be responsible for maximizing campaign ROI through continuous testing, analysis, and optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, execute, and manage paid advertising campaigns Conduct in-depth

audience research

and develop data-driven

targeting strategies

. Manage

real estate lead generation

campaigns across Meta and Google. Set up, monitor, and optimize paid campaigns on

Google Ads

. Create and present detailed

performance reports

with insights and improvement plans. Stay updated with the latest tools, trends, and algorithm changes in the digital advertising ecosystem.

Requirements:

2-3 years of hands-on experience managing

Meta Ads

and

Google Ads

, with a focus on

performance and lead generation

. Strong knowledge of

Meta Ads Manager

,

Google Ads Manager

,

Business Manager

, and

Custom Audiences

. Proven track record of generating high-quality

leads for the real estate sector

. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data and make strategic decisions.
