Role Responsibilities
Social Media Management:
Be part of planning, executing, and optimizing content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
Digital Trends & Insights
: Stay updated with the latest trends, viral content, and best practices in digital marketing.
Performance
: Have basic understanding of the same and can assist in running and optimizing digital ads (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.) and tracking key metrics.
Influencer Marketing
: Identify and coordinate with agency/influencers for brand collaborations and campaigns.
Content Strategy:
Work closely with the creative team to ensure brand messaging aligns with audience preferences.
Analytics & Reporting
: Track campaign performance, monitor data, and suggest improvements based on insights.
Qualifications and Skills:
2-3 years of experience in a digital agency or FMCG brand.
Good understanding of social media trends and platform algorithms.
Basic knowledge of performance and influencer collaborations.
Familiarity with digital and experience of working with agencies. Strong communication and organizational skills.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field(Field is preferable).
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Proficient in MS PowerPoint and with some knowledge of AI tools
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
