Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Digital Marketing Professional to plan, execute, and optimize our online marketing campaigns across various digital channels. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, experience with performance marketing tools, and a passion for driving measurable growth through innovative digital strategies.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and manage comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.

Plan and execute campaigns across multiple platforms (Google, Meta, YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.).

Manage and grow the company's social media presence with engaging and visually appealing content.

Optimize SEO performance with on-page and off-page strategies.

Run and monitor paid marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.) for maximum ROI.

Create and manage email campaigns, newsletters, and content marketing initiatives.

Track and analyze KPIs using Google Analytics, Search Console, and other tools.

Prepare regular reports and performance insights to guide future strategies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or related field.

2-5 years of proven experience in digital marketing.

Proficiency with Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and SEO tools.

Strong understanding of social media algorithms and content marketing.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Creative mindset with a data-driven approach.

Preferred Qualifications

Google Ads or Meta Blueprint certification.

Experience in B2B or B2C lead generation.

Basic knowledge of video editing, automation tools, or CRM systems.
