Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and data-driven

Digital Marketing Executive - Google Ads Specialist

to manage and optimize our paid campaigns across the Google Ads platform. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Search, Display, YouTube, and Performance Max campaigns and be focused on driving ROI and measurable results.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, launch, and manage Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, YouTube, Shopping, Performance Max). Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis. Write compelling ad copies and coordinate with the design team for creative assets. Monitor daily campaign performance, CTRs, CPCs, conversion rates, and optimize accordingly. Set up and manage conversion tracking using Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics. Analyze and report on campaign performance, trends, and insights weekly/monthly. A/B test landing pages and ad variations for better results. Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in PPC advertising.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. 1-3 years of proven experience in managing Google Ads campaigns. Proficiency in Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager. Strong analytical and reporting skills. Familiarity with bid strategies, remarketing, audience lists, and custom conversions. Google Ads Certification (Search/Display/Video) is a plus.
