What You'll Do
Run and manage paid ad campaigns on
Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google
Find the right audience and build strong targeting strategies
Track results and improve campaigns to get better leads and sales
Test new ideas, creatives, and copies
Analyze performance and suggest improvements
Work closely with designers and content creators
What We're Looking For
At least
1+ year of hands-on experience in digital marketing
Strong knowledge of Meta Ads and Google Ads
Someone who understands performance marketing, not just posting ads
Good with numbers and reports
Creative thinker with a growth mindset
