We are

Brovora Design & Tech

(formerly known as Marathon Design Studio). We are a hybrid creative agency in Ahmedabad, blending high-end design (Branding, 3D, Graphics, Packaging, UI/UX) with custom technology (SaaS, Web Development).

We are looking for a

proactive Digital Marketer

who can wear two hats: growing our agency's brand presence and managing lead-generation campaigns for our diverse B2B & B2C clients.

Key Responsibilities (What you will do)



Strategy & Execution:

Strategize and execute performance-driven digital campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn) for both Brovora and our clients.

SEO, GEO & SEM:

Develop, monitor, and optimize strategies to improve organic rankings and paid reach for local and global targets.

Social Media Growth:

Manage profiles, plan content calendars, boost engagement, and grow brand reputation across LinkedIn, Instagram, and Twitter.

Content Creation:

Create and design marketing content, including blogs, banners, emails, and ad creatives.

Email Marketing:

Develop targeted email campaigns; nurture leads and analyze open/click rates via CRM tools like HubSpot/Zoho.

Analytics & Reporting:

Track, report, and analyze performance using Google Analytics (GA4), Tag Manager, and Looker Studio to prove ROI to clients.

Cross-Team Collaboration:

Collaborate with our design, web, and campaign teams to align digital marketing efforts with company and client goals.

Market Research:

Research industry trends, competitor activity, and tech innovations to keep our strategies fresh.

Optimization:

Conduct A/B tests on landing pages and ads to maximize campaign ROI and lower Cost Per Lead (CPL).

Client Communication:

Maintain excellent communication with clients and provide regular, easy-to-understand performance reports to leadership.

Required Skills (The "Must-Haves")



Experience:

1-3 years in digital marketing (Agency or Performance Marketing background is a huge plus).

Ad Tech Mastery:

Proficiency in

Google Ads, Meta Business Suite

, and

LinkedIn Campaign Manager

.

Analytics Stack:

Hands-on experience with Google Analytics (GA4), Tag Manager, Looker Studio, and CRM tools (HubSpot/Zoho).

Tools:

Working knowledge of

SEO tools

(SEMrush/Ahrefs, Google Search Console),

Canva

for quick designs, and basic video editing for Reels/Shorts.

Communication:

Strong creative written and visual

English

communication skills; ability to write professional emails to clients.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or related field (OR equivalent proven experience/portfolio).

Mindset:

Collaborative team mentality with the ability to work independently and handle multiple client accounts.

Bonus:

Certifications in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or HubSpot Inbound Marketing.
