We are looking for a
Digital Marketing Executive
who can drive brand visibility, customer acquisition, and revenue growth for our luxury jewellery e-commerce platforms.
Key Responsibilities1. Campaign Management
Develop and implement digital marketing strategies for luxury jewelry e-commerce websites.
Plan, manage, and optimize
Google Ads
and
Facebook Ads
campaigns to maximise ROI.
Create and execute campaigns tailored for
U.S. audiences
, including major shopping events such as Black Friday, Cyber Monday, and holiday seasons.
Adjust campaign schedules aligned with
U.S. time zones
.
Conduct
A/B testing
for ad copy, creatives, and audience targeting to improve performance.
2. Analytics & Reporting
Set up and maintain tracking systems using
GA4
,
Google Tag Manager
, and
Meta Events Manager
.
Monitor critical metrics such as
CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS
, and conversion rates.
Analyze campaign performance and generate insights-driven recommendations.
Prepare
weekly and monthly marketing performance reports

Track and optimize
Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC)
and overall marketing ROI.
3. Content Creation & SEO
Use AI tools like
ChatGPT
to create engaging ad copy, social media content, blogs, and email content.
Write compelling and persuasive copy suited for luxury jewelry consumers.
Apply
SEO best practices
to improve website ranking and visibility.
Develop optimized
product descriptions
and high-conversion
landing pages

Ensure consistent brand voice and style across all platforms.
4. Social Media & Online Reputation
Manage social media accounts, including
Instagram, Facebook, and Pinterest

Create and manage content calendars featuring engaging multimedia content.
Respond to customer reviews, messages, and comments politely and professionally.
Increase brand engagement, community interaction, and follower growth.
Monitor online reputation and track brand sentiment.
5. Email Marketing
Plan and execute promotional, seasonal, and engagement-based email campaigns.
Build automated flows such as
welcome series, cart abandonment, and win-back campaigns

Segment audiences and personalize messages for better conversion.
Perform A/B testing on subject lines, content, and layouts to enhance performance.
6. Collaboration & Project Management
Work closely with creative, development, and client success teams.
Manage multiple marketing campaigns simultaneously using tools like

Ensure campaigns are executed on time with high-quality deliverables.
Adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment and manage shifting priorities.
