Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and creative

Marketing Executive

to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, conducting market research, and managing digital and offline marketing efforts to enhance brand visibility and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies and campaigns. Coordinating with various stakeholders. Conduct market research to identify trends, target audiences, and competitor activities. Manage and update social media accounts, creating engaging content, posters and responding to inquiries. Support email marketing campaigns, including content creation and performance tracking. Assist in organizing promotional events, product launches, and exhibitions. Monitor and analyse campaign performance, preparing reports with key insights. Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with business goals. Maintain relationships with external agencies.

Requirements & Qualifications:

Bachelor's/master's degree in marketing field. 2+ years of experience in marketing or a related role Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of digital marketing tools, SEO, and social media platforms. Creativity and ability to think outside the box. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Basic understanding of marketing analytics and reporting tools.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with graphic design tools like Canva or Adobe Suite is a plus. Knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook Ads, or email marketing platforms is an advantage. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹11,935.06 - ₹35,945.44 per month
