. Campaign Management
Plan, create, and manage Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube).
Manage and optimize Meta Ads campaigns (Facebook & Instagram) for engagement, traffic, and conversions.
Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis.
Continuously monitor campaign performance and adjust budgets, bids, and creatives for best ROI.
2. Performance Analysis
Track and analyze campaign performance metrics using Google Analytics, Ads Manager, and other tools.
Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports and insights for management.
Identify trends and insights to improve campaign performance.
3. Creative & Strategy Development
Collaborate with the design team to develop engaging ad creatives and visuals.
Write compelling ad copy tailored for each campaign goal.
Suggest new strategies for lead generation, brand visibility, and conversion optimization.
4. Budget & ROI Optimization
Plan and allocate daily/monthly ad budgets efficiently.
Monitor cost-per-click (CPC), cost-per-lead (CPL), and ROAS to ensure profitability.
5. Additional Digital Activities (Preferred but not mandatory)
Basic knowledge of SEO, email marketing, and remarketing funnels.
Familiarity with Shopify or WordPress for product or landing page coordination.
Support in running seasonal campaigns, offers, and product launches.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
